Yesterday, an exhibition and scientific-practical conference entitled "Achievements of the banking system during the years of independence and modern opportunities" was held at the "Bagt köşgi" event center in the city of Mary.

The events were organized by the Central Bank of Turkmenistan to familiarize the public with new banking services, according to "Turkmenistan: Golden Age."

The forum was attended by managers and specialists from regional bank branches, representatives of public organizations, heads of institutions and enterprises, entrepreneurs, as well as successful tenants and farmers.

The exhibition showcased the country's financial sector's successes. Banks provided detailed information about their operations. The speed and accessibility of their services take interactions between banks and clients to a whole new level. As noted, loan terms for individuals have been extended from 3 to 5 years, and interest rates have been reduced from 12% to 7%.

During the event, distinguished bank executives and employees, tenants, and schoolchildren who won Olympiads were presented with certificates of honor and commemorative gifts on behalf of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan.
