A new species of feathered dinosaur has been discovered in South Korea

Paleontologists have described a new species of dinosaur, the remains of which were found in South Korea. The animal has been named "Dulisaurus" after the cartoon character and paleontologist Min Huh.

Dulisaurus was a bipedal omnivorous dinosaur covered in feathers or down. Adults were about the size of a lamb, while juveniles were closer in size to a turkey. This dinosaur lived during the mid-Cretaceous Period, approximately 113–94 million years ago.

The discovery adds to the list of feathered dinosaurs known to science and provides new information about the biodiversity of the Cretaceous fauna in what is now the Korean Peninsula.
