The new season of the Turkmenistan Football Championship among Premier League clubs will begin on April 4, according to the press service of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan.

The tournament will consist of four rounds involving eight teams. First-round matches are scheduled from April 4 to May 10, with the second round concluding on June 20.

The following teams will participate in the competition: “Arkadag” (“Arkadag”), “Ahal” (Anau, Ahal velayat), “Altyn Asyr” (Ashgabat), “Merv” (Mary, Mary velayat), “Kopetdag” (Ashgabat), “Shagadam” (Turkmenbashy, Balkan velayat), “Ashgabat” (Ashgabat), and “Nebitchi” (Balkanabad, Balkan velayat).

“Arkadag” is the winner of the 2025 Turkmenistan Championship. The club has won the Premier League title for the third consecutive year.
