The winners of the XXII International Zhautykov Olympiad in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, which took place from January 10 to 14 in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan, were honored at Specialized Secondary School No. 135 in Ashgabat.

During the ceremony, the Olympiad winners received valuable gifts from the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

The victory of young Turkmen students in this prestigious competition marks the first international victory for the country's students in 2026.

As a reminder, at the 22nd International Zhautykov Olympiad in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science, schoolchildren from Turkmenistan won 16 medals: 1 gold, 4 silver, and 11 bronze.
