“Ish Nokady”, in partnership with MiniBoss Business School, an international business school for children and teenagers, has opened enrollment for a new offline course, "Leadership Development." Designed for children aged 6 to 14, the program emphasizes deep self-knowledge and the development of a healthy personality, rather than simply studying management theory.

The program is structured as an engaging journey consisting of eight lessons, during which children step by step learn to understand themselves, identify their strengths, set realistic goals, and develop responsibility. Through interactive activities, group projects, and discussions, participants master the skills necessary for confident and conscious development.

Key themes of the program include self-discovery and individuality, the basics of goal-setting, working on self-identity, and developing a positive self-concept—the ability to analyze one's reactions and develop healthy self-esteem.

Classes are held offline in small groups, allowing teachers to devote individual attention to each participant and create a safe, supportive atmosphere. The program is useful for children struggling with communication or confidence, as well as those who already demonstrate leadership qualities but need a constructive outlet for their energy.

The course lasts one month. Classes are held twice a week for two academic hours.
