Turkmenistan, assuming the chairmanship of the Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia, will make every effort to strengthen the unity and cohesion of the countries of the region. This was stated by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, speaking at the Seventh Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia in Tashkent, according to the publication "Golden Age."
"Dear Heads of State, as Turkmenistan assumes the chairmanship of the consultative meeting of the heads of state of Central Asia, it will make every effort to strengthen our unity and cohesion," said Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
The head of Turkmenistan emphasized the importance of strengthening economic partnerships, increasing the region's attractiveness for significant foreign investment, and implementing large-scale international projects in energy, transport, communications, and other sectors.
"I am confident that the development and support of humanitarian cooperation will always be relevant and important for us," the President of Turkmenistan added.
