President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations to Ms. Catherine Connolly on her assumption of office as President of the Republic of Ireland.

According to the State News Agency of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen leader wished Catherine Connolly good health, happiness, and great success in her work for the further development and prosperity of Ireland.

Catherine Martina Ann Connolly was born on July 12, 1957. She became the tenth elected President of Ireland on November 11 of this year.
