Japanese company TOYO Engineering Corporation was a gold sponsor of the International Conference and Exhibition "Development of the Construction, Industrial, Chemical, and Energy Industries of Turkmenistan" (CIET 2025), which concluded in the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone. The forum's organizing committee announced this.
The event was attended by 1080 delegates from 55 countries, representing leading companies, government agencies, and the expert community.
Founded in 1961, TOYO Engineering Corporation is one of the world's leading EPC contractors, providing a full range of engineering services—from pre-engineering studies and design to construction and commissioning. For more than six decades, the company has completed over 1,5 thousand major projects in 60 countries.
TOYO's collaboration with Turkmenistan began over ten years ago. The company participated in the construction of the Kiyanli polymer complex on the Caspian Sea coast, which processes 5 billion cubic meters of natural gas annually, producing 386 thousand tons of polyethylene and 81 thousand tons of polypropylene.
In 2025, TOYO, together with Rönesans Holding, began the first stage of a major modernization of this complex under a contract with the State Concern “Turkmenhimiya”.
During the conference, the company presented its cutting-edge engineering solutions and discussed prospects for further collaboration with government agencies, investors, and international partners.
The forum organizers expressed gratitude to TOYO Engineering Corporation for its support and significant contribution to the development of industry and energy in Turkmenistan.
The CIET 2025 program included four thematic sessions, an international exhibition featuring over 50 companies, B2B and B2G meetings, and a gala dinner for participants. The forum was held in conjunction with Construction and Industry Workers' Day in Turkmenistan.
Turkmenportal served as the event's media partner.
