The latest issue of the quarterly popular science journal "Miras," published by the Magtymguly Institute of Language, Literature, and National Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, has been published in Turkmenistan.
The journal is published in Turkmen, Russian, and English and is intended for a general readership.
This latest issue continues a series of publications dedicated to new discoveries and research results in the historical, cultural, and spiritual heritage of the Turkmen people, including manuscripts, and to the development of linguistics, literary studies, and historical science in the country.
The following articles are presented to the readers: "Studying the history of the Turkmen language in the years of independence", "Neutrality of Turkmenistan: an example of a guarantee of universal well-being", "Independence is an inspiring value for our development", "The epic "Gorogly" and the heroic destans of classical poets", "The architectural design of Shahrislam", "The scientific school of medieval oriental literature".
The publication concludes with a section titled "Chronicle of Scientific and Cultural Life," which provides an overview of social, scientific, and cultural events in Turkmenistan from July to September of this year.
The magazine is colorfully illustrated with reproductions of paintings and photographs by contemporary artists, rare museum and archival materials, and cartographic drawings, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
