Over the past nine months, the Lebapgazchykarysh gas company in Turkmenistan's eastern region produced 6.905 billion cubic meters of natural gas, according to the Altyn Asyr online newspaper.
The Malay-Bagtyyarlyk gas export department achieved particularly impressive results: instead of the planned 2 774 290,000 cubic meters of gas, approximately 3 771 464,000 cubic meters were exported, achieving 135,9 percent of the plan for this period. Thus, over 997 173,000 cubic meters of natural gas were exported via this route.
Since the beginning of the year, the agency has produced 22 791 tons of gas condensate, fulfilling its plan by 109,1%.
As the source notes, the Lebap gas workers' achievements are related to the commissioning of powerful gas compressor units in the region, such as "Malay" and "Gadyn."
