Representatives of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture and the Maya Kuliyeva Turkmen National Conservatory will participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Face of War in the Mirror of Art," which will take place on October 27 at the Music Department of the Russian State Library in Moscow.
This conference is being organized as part of the IX Moscow International Arts Festival "Sounds of the Dutar" named after Nury Halmamedov, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, as well as the International Year of Peace and Trust.
The forum will be devoted to the preservation of historical memory and the role of art in shaping personality.
The conference will span the fields of art, education, and science, exploring the relationship between music and various historical periods, as well as its integration with other art forms. Issues of music education in schools and introduction to world culture, the mutual influence of classical and contemporary music, and the specifics of the contemporary art scene will be discussed.
