A delegation from the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Pakistan visited the Islamabad campus of Bahria University, where they met with the campus's Director General, Naeem Sarwar, and the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Professor Adam Saud. The delegation included Ambassador Atajan Movlamov and First Secretary of the Embassy, B. Yazov.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the educational and scientific fields, academic exchange, and the implementation of joint research projects.

Following a meeting with the university's leadership, Turkmen representatives gave a lecture on "The Role of Turkmenistan's Positive Neutrality in Strengthening Peace and Trust."
Following the lecture, students expressed great interest in the topic and asked questions regarding the development of bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and Pakistan, the use of the region's transit and transport potential, and the prospects for implementing the TAPI and TAP energy projects.
Turkmen representatives answered all questions in detail, emphasizing the strategic importance of energy projects for the region. They emphasized that the younger generation of specialists studying today will play a vital role in strengthening interstate ties in the future, the source noted.
