The Turkmen plant ŞANLY BEDEW is participating in the Exhibition of Economic Achievements of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the country's independence, where it is showcasing its state-of-the-art production of electric-welded steel pipes and profiles with an annual capacity of 50 000 tons. Located in the city of Anev in the Ahal velayat, the plant is a shining example of successful import substitution in the metallurgical industry.
The company's production lines are equipped with modern equipment from Türkiye, Japan, and Italy, including high-precision cutting machines, high-frequency welding machines, and molding equipment that ensure precise product geometry. The plant manufactures round, square, and rectangular pipes in accordance with international quality standards.
We use exclusively high-quality carbon steel from leading global suppliers—Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, Severstal, and ArcelorMittal—as raw materials. We use steel grades St3ps, St2ps, and European standard S235JR.
Product quality control is performed using an ultrasonic flaw detector to inspect welds and a hydraulic press to determine product strength. Electric-welded straight-seam pipes are manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of TDS 1856-2022, and profile pipes are manufactured according to TDS 1973-2023.
The company guarantees shortened delivery times—from payment to shipment—which is critical to adhering to construction plans.
The plant's main customers also include companies involved in the construction of greenhouse complexes and livestock farms.
At the exhibition, the company emphasizes its contribution to strengthening Turkmenistan's economic independence through the development of high-tech manufacturing and the creation of a high-quality alternative to imported products.
