Yesterday, in Ashgabat, in the central building of public organizations of Turkmenistan, a conference was held dedicated to the achievements of the country's female entrepreneurs.

The conference was dedicated to the celebration of the 34th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan and organized by the Central Council of the Union of Women and the Center for Business Women, reports Turkmenistan: the Golden Age.

During the performances, the special significance of the achievements of women in various areas of the private sector was noted. As said, the center of business women in the Union of Women of Turkmenistan currently sets a goal to support hardworking and talented women, to help find its worthy place in life.

The efforts of the center are of great importance in providing direct support for most women entrepreneurs in the continuation of their activities.

Currently, in women's entrepreneurship, the directions of traditionally folk artisanism - carpet, jewelry are gaining turns.

So, for example, at all times, Turkmen carcasses of manual manufacturing, as well as rugs, kilim, various souvenirs use the demand. Among the jewelry, bracelets, brooches, pendants, and naked jewelry are popular. Jewelers make them both in traditional form and in modern solutions.

Within the framework of the conference, an exhibition was organized, at which the achievements of various spheres of the private sector of Turkmenistan were presented.
