The Chinese company Xiaomi announced the production of the heater of Mijia Electric Heater 2 Temperature Control Version. The device is intended for heating rooms with an area of up to 20 square meters, reports Ferra.ru.

In China, the heater went on sale at the starting price of 309 yuan through Xiaomi Mall and the official stores of the company.

The heater is equipped with a 2200 W system, which reaches the operating temperature in five seconds. According to the manufacturer, the improved internal design increases the heating efficiency by 15%. The declared ability of the device is an increase in temperature in the room by 16 degrees Celsius within an hour.

For heat distribution, turbulent air supply and bilateral radiation are used - in front and from above. The natural convection system is designed to maintain air humidity.

Management is carried out by two rotating handles: one regulates the thermostat, the second allows you to choose one of three power levels. The built -in thermostat automatically maintains the set temperature.

The device includes a folding dryer for clothes or towels weighing up to 1,5 kilograms.

The heater has protection against overheating, turning and water spray (IPX4 standard). When overheating or falling, the power is turned off automatically.

Information about the plans to enter the device to other markets has not yet been reported.
