The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov met with the Minister for International Cooperation of Qatar Maryam Bin Bin Noser Al Misadn, reports Qna.org.
The meeting took place on Sunday on the fields of the preparatory ministerial meeting to the Extraordinary Arab-Islamic Summit, which will be held in Doha on Monday.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the state of cooperation between the two countries and the ways to strengthen it. The ministers also exchanged views on a number of issues representing mutual interest.
The meeting was held in the framework of active diplomatic activities preceding the conduct of the Extraordinary Arab-Islamic Summit in the Qatari capital.
