President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov inspected modern residential complexes for border servicemen and their families, built on the territory of the new complex of the Serakhs border detachment.
As reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan, on the territory of the complex of buildings of the Serakhs border detachment of the State Border Service, four modern residential complexes with 36 apartments, designed for 144 families, are planned. The infrastructure includes a store, a children's play area and sports grounds.

The creation of comfortable conditions for service and residence of military personnel is one of the priority areas of the military reform carried out in the country. At the state level, special attention is paid to providing the necessary conditions for military personnel performing the mission of protecting the Fatherland.
The architectural design and finishing of the new houses meet modern requirements. The spacious, bright living rooms, children's rooms and bedrooms are furnished with modern furniture. The kitchens are equipped with advanced equipment, and each house has heating and cooling systems.

During a conversation with a serviceman and his family members who had moved to a new home, the President inquired about the conditions created. The border guard expressed gratitude for the opportunity to perform his official duty and for the comfortable living of his family, assuring him of the successful fulfillment of the sacred duty of ensuring peace in the country.
The head of state noted that work to create favorable living conditions for border guards and their families would continue, and presented gifts to family members.
