The Turkmenistan national boxing team will take part in the first World Boxing World Championship, which will be held from September 4 to 14 in Liverpool (England). Turkmenistan will be represented by four athletes.
According to sportportal.tm, the team will be led by head coach Yazmuhammet Pazzyev and his assistant Aliasker Bashirov.
The Turkmenistan national team includes:
Dovlet Muhammedov (weight category up to 60 kg)
Yhlasbek Kochkarov (up to 65 kg)
Bayramdurdy Nurmuhammedov (up to 70 kg)
Dovlet Islamov (over 90 kg)
The opponents of the Turkmen boxers will be known after the draw.
