The International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs is the first non-governmental university in the country, the structure of which includes a language department, a department for advanced training, faculties of economics and enterprise management, agribusiness, digital technologies, architecture and construction, as well as 14 departments and 42 laboratories within them.

Since the University operates on a fully self-financing basis, training is provided on a fee-paying basis, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

In the near future, educational, scientific and industrial cooperation will be established with leading global higher education institutions, manufacturing and business companies, as well as teaching with the involvement of foreign professors and specialists.

The total duration of study at a higher education institution is 5 years, and upon admission, students are accepted not into a specific specialty, i.e. profession, but into groups of expanded educational systems that include several areas of training at once. Therefore, students first undergo a year of language training. Then, during the first academic year, they will study compulsory and general education subjects belonging to the extended groups of educational systems, which include several areas of study in the bachelor's program. Thus, at the end of the first academic year, students can choose the appropriate area of study within the extended groups of educational systems according to their wishes.

From the second year of study, students continue their studies, studying specialized and optional disciplines in the chosen field of study. Thus, students specialize in a certain field of study in the second, third and fourth academic years, at the end of the third academic year they write an annual research paper, and at the end of the fourth academic year - a diploma thesis of an industrial nature and defend it before the state examination committee, thereby receiving a bachelor's degree in their chosen specialty.

The predominantly practice-oriented focus of education at the University will contribute to the study and positive solution of problems in the industrial and production sphere of the country, the integration of academic knowledge and experience, strengthening the connection between science and education, production and the labor market.
