Trainings on the development of women's entrepreneurship were held in Turkmenistan. The program "Improving the competitiveness of women in the private sector of the labor market of Turkmenistan" was organized by the Union of Economists of Turkmenistan with the support of the European Union and the methodological assistance of the public association "Achievements of the Young People of Turkmenistan".
The trainings took place in August in Ashgabat and Turkmenbashy. Among many applicants, about 40 participants were selected, who received a unique opportunity to take the course free of charge and improve their professional competence.
The program covered key areas of modern business:
* development of business plans and financial planning,
* legal foundations of entrepreneurship,
* business ethics and communication skills,
* use of innovative technologies and artificial intelligence,
* business promotion in the media and social networks.
The training was conducted by certified trainers and specialists with relevant experience. The program included theoretical and practical parts aimed at developing business skills.
According to the organizers, the program is being implemented in all regions of the country and is aimed at women interested in developing activities in the private sector. It is planned to continue similar programs.
