President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov will take part as an honorary guest in a high-level meeting in the “SCO Plus” format within the framework of the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which is taking place in the Chinese city of Tianjin. This was reported by the “Turkmenistan” newspaper.
The meeting in an expanded format is scheduled for the afternoon. The President of Turkmenistan is expected to deliver a speech and outline Ashgabat's position on key issues on the summit agenda.
