A robotics competition was held at the specialized secondary school No. 13 with in-depth study of foreign languages in Ashgabat.
About 60 young engineers from all over the country took part in the competition and presented their projects — robotic boats capable of performing complex tasks on the water.

The competition was held in two disciplines:
- Speed maneuvering: boats competed in sailing in a straight line and quickly passing a course with obstacles.
- Accuracy and teamwork: participants had to collect balls from the surface of the water and deliver them to a special zone.
In the discipline "high-speed maneuvering" the first place was taken by Yasin Rahmanov, a student of the secondary specialized school No. 87 of Ashgabat, a student of the Turkmen-Indian center of information technologies. The second and third places went to students of the secondary specialized school No. 86 with in-depth study of English, chemistry and biology - Orazmuhammet Merdanov and Said Annayev.

In the team competition for collecting balls, the first place was taken by the team of the Turkmen-Indian Center for Information Technologies. It included Arslanhan Toyjanov, Sergey Apresyan (secondary school No. 15 of Ashgabat) and Alihan Akgayev (Joint Turkmen-Russian Secondary School named after A.S. Pushkin).
The second place was taken by the team from Balkanabat, representing the educational center "Kämil bilim". The team included Eldar Hajylyev and Tanryberdy Gurbanov (specialized secondary school No. 21 with in-depth study of natural sciences in Balkanabat), as well as Gadzhily Hajylyev (specialized secondary school No. 22 with in-depth study of English, physics and mathematics in Balkanabat).
The third place was also taken by the team of the Turkmen-Indian Center for Information Technologies - Ayhan Karyagdyev (secondary school No. 15 in Ashgabat), Yhlas Nurmuhammedov (secondary specialized school No. 86 with advanced study of English in Ashgabat) and Yusup Geldiyev (secondary specialized school No. 135 with in-depth study of English in Ashgabat).

The chief judge of the competition, Ismail Hakimov, noted that the competition not only identifies talented youth, but also allows the children to exchange experiences and improve their skills, honed during the summer holidays.
The event was organized by the Main Education Department of Ashgabat and the private enterprise "Döwrebap Maslahat". The organizers awarded the winners with valuable prizes.
The competition became an important platform for exchanging experiences and demonstrating skills, proving that interest in robotics and engineering among the youth of Turkmenistan is growing every year, the organizers noted.
