Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan made a working study visit to the People's Republic of China to participate in a specialized seminar on the construction and management of industrial parks.
The seminar, organized by “Tianjin TEDA” Import and Export Co., Ltd., was held from July 17 to 30, 2025 in Tianjin. The event was attended by 30 specialists from five Central Asian countries: Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
During the seminar, the participants studied the Chinese experience of creating and operating special economic zones, issues of attracting foreign investment, the system of managing industrial parks on the principle of "one-stop shop", as well as the practices of "green" development in industrial zones. Particular attention was paid to the experience of developing the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone.
The event was aimed at strengthening cooperation between the countries of Central Asia and China in the field of industrial development and the exchange of best practices in the management of economic zones.
