The first direct flight from Moscow arrived at Pyongyang airport on Monday morning. The Russian delegation, headed by Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexander Kozlov, was ceremoniously greeted in the North Korean capital, TASS reports.
The flight was carried out on a Boeing 777-200ER aircraft with a capacity of 440 passengers. Kozlov heads the intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation between the Russian Federation and the DPRK from the Russian side. The Russian delegation brought a lion cub as a gift to the Pyongyang Zoo.
