The Congress will be held on October 30–31, 2025, at the headquarters of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly in St. Petersburg. It is organized by the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

The “Intellectual Code of the Commonwealth” will become a platform for dialogue between leading scientists, teachers, experts, young researchers, government and business representatives.

The Congress is designed to strengthen the unique intellectual ties, scientific traditions and educational bridges that have historically developed between the countries and peoples of the Commonwealth. This is what today represents our common and competitive advantage.

The development of the congress business program is currently ongoing, which will include plenary sessions, expert and discussion sessions, exhibitions of educational and scientific projects, as well as master classes and trainings.
