As Saryyev noted, the program is designed for six months and includes five modules - four in-person and one online. Upon completion of the training, students receive a diploma of professional retraining.
“The program was developed specifically to prepare modern, world-class managers who share a common understanding of modern challenges and government tasks,” emphasized a representative of the Turkmen Academy of Public Administration.
The course covers key topics for public sector managers: modern management technologies, personal managerial effectiveness, global development trends and new management methods in the digital world, change management in large cities, development of leadership potential and intercultural interaction.
The program places special emphasis on strategic planning, project management and the implementation of digital technologies – from e-government to the use of big data for making management decisions.
The target audience of the program is government and municipal employees, managers of companies with state participation, representatives of the legislative branch, the social sphere and the public sector of the economy.
According to Saryyev, the acquired knowledge and skills will significantly improve the quality of management and introduce modern approaches in the work of government agencies, and will also contribute to the development of interstate cooperation.
