Turkmenistan appointed ambassador to Thailand

Muhammetnyyaz Mashalov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Thailand (with residence in Kuala Lumpur), the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

The corresponding decree was signed on Friday by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

Mashalov simultaneously heads the diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan in Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia and Thailand.
