These days, children of workers of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan are spending their summer holidays at the children's health center "Gara Altyn" ("Black Gold"), located on the shores of the Caspian Sea near the village of Hazar in the city of Balkanabat.
This center annually receives 1600 children during four summer shifts.
All conditions have been created here for the children to have a comfortable stay, including sleeping quarters, a dining room, a library with a reading room, recreation rooms and computer rooms, reports "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
Sports grounds are available for active leisure.
Children actively participate in cultural events, concerts and performances. Children's bright performances invariably cause loud and prolonged applause from the audience. Fun and joy reign here, and exciting excursions give unforgettable impressions.
While on vacation, the children attend various clubs and also participate in educational and entertaining competitions.
