At a meeting of the Government of Turkmenistan on July 11, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, addressing Deputy Prime Minister B. Orazdurdyeva, emphasized that talented, most worthy representatives of the younger generation should be admitted to higher education institutions of the country, entrance exams should be organized and fair, ensuring public control. This was reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
The head of state also noted the importance of proper preparation for the new academic year and carrying out repair work in secondary and higher educational institutions.
The opening of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs this year and the commissioning of a new additional educational building of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan is intended to facilitate the introduction of new specialties and an increase in the number of applicants, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized, instructing that work in this direction be properly organized.
Earlier, we reported that the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order approving the plan for admission to higher and secondary vocational educational institutions for study in 2025.
