The latest issue of the quarterly scientific and applied journal “Democracy and Law” has been published in Turkmenistan.

The journal is published by the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan in Turkmen, English and Russian languages and covers the main directions of the country's state policy, as well as international cooperation in the legal sphere.

The pages of the magazine published speeches by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov at recent international forums, an article by the head of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Representative Office in Turkmenistan Jalpa Ratna "Turkmenistan's Commitment to the Implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child", the rector of the Institute of National Security of Turkmenistan, and the publication by candidate of legal sciences M. Agageldyev "National Legal and Organizational Basis for Relations in the Sphere of Information Activities".

Readers will also be attracted by the articles submitted to the “Creative Work and Human Rights” competition.

The latest issue of the magazine ends with the traditional “Chronicle” section, which provides an overview of events, meetings, conferences and other activities that took place in the country and abroad in April–June of this year with the participation of representatives of authoritative organizations, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
