On Monday, political consultations were held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan between the foreign ministries of Turkmenistan and the Hellenic Republic.
During a constructive exchange of views on the bilateral agenda, the level of political dialogue between the two countries, as well as the progress in implementing previously reached agreements, was considered, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports.
Noting the effective interaction of the two countries within the framework of international structures, the diplomats voiced their mutual readiness to continue to build up multilateral cooperation.
The parties confirmed their commitment to close foreign policy coordination and mutual support on international platforms, agreeing to maintain regular working contacts.
Issues related to improving the legal framework of bilateral relations were also discussed.
Speaking about cultural and humanitarian cooperation, the parties expressed interest in developing cooperation in science, education, sports, tourism and other areas.
