Turkmenistan will send a competent delegation to participate in the international conference "Global Mountain Dialogue for Sustainable Development", which will be held on April 24-25 in Bishkek. This was announced by the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a meeting with the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

“We will continue to support your efforts to promote internationally significant proposals regarding mountain issues,” noted the National Leader of the Turkmen people.

According to him, the conference will be an important stage in preparation for the Second Global Bishkek Mountain Summit “Bishkek+25”, scheduled for 2027.
