National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a working visit to the city of Arkadag got acquainted with the projects of future "smart city" facilities and made appropriate adjustments to the plans for the development of road and transport infrastructure.

The Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan, Deryageldi Orazov, appealed to the National Leader of the Turkmen people with a request to name the road leading to the new “smart” city “Ahalteke atlary” shayoly.Orazov made this proposal on behalf of all residents of the city of Arkadag and horse breeders of the country. The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan noted that the initiative should be sent to the Mejlis of Turkmenistan for consideration.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting in the city of Arkadag dedicated to preparations for the celebration of the 4th anniversary of the establishment of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship.The meeting was attended by the vice-president for administrative issues of the foundation, Recep Bazarov, and the vice-president for medical activities, Oguljahan Atabayeva.

Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited construction sites in the city of Arkadag, where he got acquainted with the progress of work on the implementation of the second stage of construction of the new city.During the inspection, special attention was paid to projects of social buildings, road and transport infrastructure facilities, as well as industrial complexes included in the medical cluster.
5. The final of the national competition "Student Beauty-2025" was held at the National Music and Drama Theater of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly. 23 representatives of higher educational institutions of the country took part in the final round. The winner of the competition was Aylar Charyeva, a student at the Magtymguly Turkmen State University.

6. For the first time, the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi will become a venue for two sections of the International Scientific Conference of Students, Postgraduates and Young Scientists “Lomonosov”, organized by Moscow State University. The conference will be held from April 11 to 25. In addition to Turkmenistan, the forum will be organized at the sites of MSU branches in Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and China.
7. Turkmenistan Airlines will launch an additional flight on the Ashgabat-Jeddah route on March 18. Currently, Turkmenistan Airlines operates two regular flights a week on this route - on Wednesdays and Fridays. 8. An official ceremony of signing a package of documents between the government structures of Turkmenistan and UNICEF took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. During the event, 11 work plans were signed aimed at implementing the UNICEF Program for Turkmenistan for 2021-2025. The agreements cover a wide range of areas of cooperation: economy, healthcare, education, media and other important areas.
