Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ashgabat Azizbek Madmarov congratulated diplomats of Turkmenistan on their professional holiday.

“On behalf of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkmenistan, I sincerely congratulate President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, all diplomats working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic institutions of Turkmenistan abroad, and veterans of the diplomatic service on the Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan,” says Madmarov’s address, published in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.

According to the ambassador, today Turkmen diplomacy, which has achieved significant success on international platforms thanks to the initiatives of the country’s leadership, has become an effective instrument of state policy, worthily defending national interests and increasing the authority of Turkmenistan in the international arena.

The diplomatic corps of Turkmenistan is actively working to ensure the national security of the state, protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and develop equal partnerships with foreign states based on the principles of respect and compliance with international law.

“I am confident that the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan will take an active part in promoting the exemplary policy of the country and further strengthening the high authority of independent neutral Turkmenistan in the international arena,” Azizbek Madmarov emphasized.

In conclusion, the ambassador wished his Turkmen fellow diplomats good health, prosperity and new achievements for the benefit of Turkmenistan.

The Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan is celebrated on February 18. The holiday was established in 2009.
