President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution, according to which the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan is allowed to enter into a contract with the Parlak Nesil business entity to improve software for calculating the estimated cost of construction.

The document was signed “for the purpose of creating a State information system for pricing in construction in Turkmenistan, as well as implementing the State program for developing a national costing and regulatory framework and improving the pricing system in construction,” reports the State News Agency TDH.
