The SE “Nebitmash” of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan is one of the oldest diversified enterprises, the activities of which are an example of the successful development of industrial production in the country, focused on the production of competitive import-substituting products, meeting the needs of domestic industries for the necessary products.
The state-owned enterprise produces a wide range of products for the oil and gas and electrical industries, other sectors of the country's national economy, as well as various products for the infrastructure of the energy complex as a whole.
A wide range of equipment for the electrical power industry includes: outdoor units, transformer and lighting stations, high-voltage fuses and line coupling fittings of various modifications.
Recently, the company has launched the production of insulators, widely in demand in the country's electric power industry, ceramic porcelain insulators ShF-20, intended for high-voltage lines with bare and insulated wires. The production of these products was facilitated by the installation at the plant of a complex of modern equipment from the “ECTkema” company of the Federal Republic of Germany, designed to produce high-density ceramic clay.
The production arsenal of the enterprise includes steel tanks, a wide selection of gas boilers and heat exchange heating units of various sizes, as well as comfortable and spacious carriage-type houses for arranging watch stations. The trailer houses on special skids (for ease of movement) have all the conditions for arranging the life and accommodation of oil workers, drillers, and power line installers who work on a rotational basis far from populated areas. Also, such trailers can accommodate offices, small workshops, kitchens, showers and other utility rooms.
In addition, the SE “Nebitmash” produces special clothing for workers in the oil and gas and electrical industries: jackets, peacoats, pants and other products that ensure the safety of people when carrying out work of any complexity.
Among the products produced are observation towers. High-rise metal structures are used for a variety of purposes and are in demand in many areas. They are used in geological exploration, mining, security of objects, relaying radio signals, construction and repair of buildings.
The company also performs turning, milling and forging work with various metals and alloys of any complexity.
In order to meet the needs of enterprises and the population for household services, the SE “Nebitmash” is engaged in the installation and repair of air conditioning systems and refrigeration equipment.
