Within the framework of the implementation of the Program for the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan for the period until 2030, large-scale work is underway in the Balkan velayat to increase the production and processing of hydrocarbons, reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.

Based on the results of nine months of this year, the State Concern “Turkmennebit” exceeded the planned indicators for oil supplies by 0,4%, its refining - by 1,3%, and diesel fuel production - by 5,1%. Plans for natural gas production were also exceeded by 9,4% and gas exports by 14,3%.

Experts note the high efficiency of the engineering and technical services of industry enterprises. The measures being implemented ensure a sustainable increase in production capacity and create a foundation for the further development of the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan.
