The Korean company Samsung introduced a giant Neo QLED TV series with a 98-inch monitor diagonal and a screen resolution of 8K (7680x4320), Gazeta.ru writes with reference to the SamMobile portal.

The QNC990 TV has a backlight and local dimming system for a more cinematic viewing experience. The anti-glare screen can upscale video below 8K resolution, thus improving image quality even at low resolution source material.

Also, the TV is equipped with an audio system with a 6.4.4-channel configuration and a sound power of 120 watts. The operating system of the novelty is Tizen 7.0 with a Neo Quantum Processor 8K chip.

The novelty is still sold only in Korean stores at a price of 39 thousand dollars.
