Today, great celebrations are being held in Turkmenistan on the occasion of the opening of the new city of Arkadag. One of the facilities put into operation on this day is a multidisciplinary hospital in the city of Arkadag with 350 beds.

The hospital building of four floors and nine blocks is designed to receive and provide medical services in a variety of areas. There are departments of neurosurgery, urology and nephrology, anesthesia and resuscitation, dentistry, physiotherapy, general surgery, neurology, cardiology.

The hospital is equipped with the most modern diagnostic and treatment equipment from leading manufacturers from Germany, the Netherlands, the USA, Italy, and Japan.

The main suppliers of equipment to the hospital were Philips Medical Systems (Netherlands) and GETINGE Group (Sweden). The clinic has two CT scanners Ingenuity CT and Incisive CT for 128 slices, an angiograph AZURION 3 F12, x-ray machines Combi-Diagnost R-90, ultrasound machines AFFINITI 70, as well as a helium-free magnetic resonance imaging machine Ingenia Ambition 1,5T and heart monitors Intelli Viu from Philips Medical Systems.

The operating and resuscitation units are equipped with high-quality equipment from the Swedish company GETINGE Group: operating tables, a double-dome lamp, a ventilator, an anesthesia machine, formalin, hydrogen and steam sterilizers.

The new hospital holds international certificates of conformity from KTQ International GmbH, The Cooperation for Transparency and Quality in Healthcare International GmbH, and Philips Medical Systems.

High-quality and modern equipment and qualified personnel will permit residents of the city of Arkadag to receive a wide range of medical services at the highest level in accordance with international standards.

The clinic was built by Şadyýan Gurluşyk, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
