Turkmen volleyball players defeated the national team of Uzbekistan in the semifinals of the Central Asian Challenge Cup.

The meeting ended with a score 3:0 (25:20, 25:10, 25:15).

In the final, the Russians will meet with the winner of the Kazakhstan — Kyrgyzstan meeting.

Decisive meeting at the Central Asian Volleyball Challenge Cup will be on July 27. At that time a play for the third place will be held.

The tournament is held in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan).

We remind that after beating in five games the teams of Kazakhstan 3:2 (19:25, 20:25, 25:21, 25:22, 15:13) and Kyrgyzstan – 3:2 (28:26, 17:25, 25:21, 23:25, 15:8) the Turkmens confidently outcompeted the rivals from Uzbekistan - 3:0 (25:18, 25:13, 25:10) and with 7 points entered the semifinal from the first place.
