In the near future, a new fitness club "Dynamica" exclusively for women is expected to open in the residential area of Gurtly.
Currently, the new hall is being renovated and sports equipment is being installed.
The club is scheduled to open immediately after the lifting of restrictions imposed to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
In the new fitness room, equipped with modern sports equipment, visitors will be offered: group high-intensity interval training on a stationary bike (Cycling), aerobics, yoga, therapeutic gymnastics, personal fitness under the guidance of experienced instructors.
For the convenience of women with children, next to the "adult" hall will open and "children's", which will be held intensive and fun classes specifically for children of different age groups.
The "mixed" fitness hall "Dynamics" has already been opened in Gurtly, which also plans to resume its work after the removal of all restrictive measures.
