In Turkmenistan approved the procedure of control of conformity of activity of public associations and religious organizations of their statutory purposes and the legislation of Turkmenistan (decree of the Minister of justice No. 43 of September 2, 2020)
The procedure developed in accordance with article 32 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On public associations", article 32 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On freedom of conscience and religious organizations" and the Law of Turkmenistan "On the bodies of adalat of Turkmenistan".
This document regulates the process of monitoring compliance of the activities of public associations and religious organizations with the statutory goals and legislation of Turkmenistan and registration of the results of control.
