The Indian Embassy asks those who want to fly to their homeland, who are currently on the territory of Turkmenistan, to contact the diplomatic mission before September 7 and fill out a form on the website. Passengers who fly on a Charter flight to India will be placed under a 14-day quarantine in their home country.
