Active involvement of private structures in the construction business led to a significant increase in the rate of housing construction in Dashoguz, the website "Turkmenistan: The Golden age" reports.

In the administrative center of the Dashoguz velayat, specialists of IP "Shirin ay" have started construction of 4 more multi-apartment residential buildings of high comfort. Four-store new buildings, designed for 136 apartments, will be built in the Central part of the city, due to the shared participation of the developer.   

The territory adjacent to residential buildings will also be landscaped and landscaped. In particular, a children's Playground, a place for family celebrations and gardens, and Parking will be built.

Currently, residential complexes and related facilities for various purposes are being built in the city along the streets of Gorogly, Dashoguz, Shagadam and Al-Horezmi. In addition, a program of point-of-sale development is being implemented, and new houses and retail outlets are organically complementing the ensembles of urban areas.

The main part of new buildings is accounted for by local enterprises-members of the Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
