Today, during a telephone conversation between the Minister of foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and the state Secretary of the foreign Ministry of the Federal Republic of Germany Miguel Berger, the positive dynamics of the development of political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian relations between the two countries were emphasized.
The parties expressed their mutual desire to further develop a mutually beneficial partnership. The importance of regular meetings of representatives of the public and private sectors of Turkmenistan and Germany, which create great opportunities for achieving effective indicators on key interaction processes, was highlighted.
The diplomats exchanged views on the current situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic and considered ways to increase cooperation to counter the spread of coronavirus in the world, the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports.
