The individual enterprise “Abraýly dostlar” has established the production of polypropylene multifilament thread, according to the publication "Oil and gas of Turkmenistan".
Multifilament thread is used in the production of straps and nets, seat belts, plastic pipes, braided ropes and slings, filter fabrics, carpets, bags and soft containers.
For the production of high-quality thread of various colors and shapes, local raw materials are used, produced at the polymer plant in Kiyanli in the Balkan velayat. Production of threads is carried out on the modern equipment of the Austrian company SML. Finished products undergo regular quality control in our own laboratory on the equipment of the German company "ZwickRoell", as well as in independent organizations.
The latest technologies provide the highest degree of thread strength at a high linear density. Product quality is not lost even at high production speeds. The company has received ISO 9001, ISO 10002, ISO 140001, ISO 45001 certificates, and its products meet European standards.
Currently, multifilament thread is exported to Turkey, but the sole proprietor of “Abraýly dostlar” intends to expand the export of its products and is negotiating for deliveries to European countries.
