Mary wholesale and retail trade production presented its new products – pickled melons - at the capital's trade fair.
Salted melons are not only a delicacy product, but as the company's employees assure, they are also healthy. Here is what the correspondent of "Turkmenportal" head of production Department of Akmuhammet Cholakov:
- Pickled melon is not only delicious. Marinade has useful properties for the gastrointestinal tract, helps with stomach disorders. And if you take it in small doses in the morning on an empty stomach, you can reduce blood sugar. In addition to this product, we produce jams – Fig, cherry, various pickles. All vegetables, fruits and melons for conservation we grow ourselves. The production capacity is 3,000 cans per day.
In Ashgabat until it comes not so much from production, but the producers are planning to increase deliveries this year. In addition to canned food, the Mary enterprise also produces beverages and beer.
