Issues of strengthening trade and economic ties were discussed during online talks held today at the Ministry of Finance and economy with representatives of Damen Shipyards Gorinchem of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The meeting was also attended by the heads of the Agency "Türkmendeňizderýaýollary".
As it was emphasized, Turkmenistan, relying on attracting the best international experience, is interested in attracting the experience of leading European companies with modern technologies and scientific and technical innovations. In this context, the possibilities of interaction with Damen Shipyards Gorinchem, which specializes in the development and construction of vessels for any market segment – from tugs to luxury yachts, were considered.
Confirming their mutual desire to establish long-term cooperation, the participants of the webinar discussed specific areas of partnership, as well as prospects for implementing joint projects in the relevant sectors, including shipbuilding, the state news Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
