The draft "rules for remote sale of goods" has been prepared in Turkmenistan. It is developed in accordance with national legislation in the field of consumer protection and trade activities, as well as the legal regulation of the development of Internet services, and agreed with the relevant ministries and departments. This was announced at a meeting of the Government Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers spell Gylyjov.
"E-Commerce is one of the most important components of the modern digital environment," President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said.
The functioning of online stores in the retail system will have a positive impact on improving the quality of services to the population, the formation of competitive market relations, it was noted at the meeting of the Government.
