The Pension Fund of Turkmenistan has issued a reminder to private entrepreneurs regarding their obligations under the legislation on state pension insurance.

In accordance with Article 15 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On State Pension Insurance," entrepreneurs who have not yet registered as payers of pension contributions must register with the pension fund branch serving their location.

In addition, the Fund noted that, in accordance with Article 23 of the aforementioned law, the calculation period for the first half of 2026 has commenced. Accordingly, entrepreneurs are advised to pay pension contributions between July 1 and August 15 of the current year.
